Rose-Marie is Head of Fertility law at Mills & Reeve and a specialist in UK and international surrogacy, co-parenting arrangements and donor conception. She advises intended parents, surrogates, parents, donors and fertility clinics. She has acted in a number of reported surrogacy and donor parentage cases.

Rose-Marie sits on the national Resolution Children Committee. She was awarded 'Associate of the Year' (2019 Lexis Nexis Family Law Awards) in recognition of her fertility law expertise.
