Hamish Leng & Company Ltd charges fixed fees, based on the work involved, to avoid conflicts of interest;  when advisers are remunerated by a percentage of assets, there can be disincentives to recommend spending it or giving it away to family or charities.  

A well-constructed Financial Plan should reflect the long-term needs and wishes of a client rather than being driven by the planner’s remuneration structure and / or changing business priorities.

Fees are based on the work involved, not a percentage of your wealth; it’s no more work investing £10 million than for example £2 million. Investments, wills, trusts, pensions, school fees, property, cash management, family charities etc are tailored to fit the financial plan. Annual reviews keep everything on track.
